Hey Look! A Meeting With the SFCTA In the Sunset Tonight!

Jim Herd at the San Francisco Citizen was kind enough to pass along this notice of a meeting tonight at the Sunset Community Center with the SF County Transit Authority (aka the only functional agency in San Francisco run by people elected by citizens) that's being held tonight. If you're so inclined stop by and tell them what you think!

San Francisco County Transportation Authority - Open House When: July 20, 2009 - Monday 6 to 8 p.m. Where: Sunset Recreation Center, 2201 Lawton Street, San Francisco What: Get input on proposed projects to be funded by Prop K, the half-cent sales tax for transportation This includes resurfacing, transit enhancements, traffic calming and pedestrian and bicycle safety.
